There are some factors to judge.

1 Flatness of the LED display screen surface within  ±1 mm is better.to ensure that the image is    

not distorted.The stand  of flatness is mainly decided by the production process.

2. The brightness and the viewing angle of indoor full color need over 800 CD/m2, and 

outdoor full color brightness is above 5000 CD/m2, the led screen will guarantee normal work.

Otherwise it will too low to see image. The brightness of LED chip is main factor.

3. The white balance effect is one of the most important indicator for led display.

The proportion of red, green and blue primary colors for 1:4.6:0.16 will only show the pure white. 

The stand of white balance is mainly decided by control system.Tube core of color reducibility may also be affected.

4. The display of color reducibility, means led Screen shows the same as colour ofshowing source. In this way,

it  can guarantee image sense of reality.

5. Mosaic refers to appear black bots oor  small four squareson on led screen. It is module necrosis.The main reason is plug-in quality is not good. The  led  chip  will  affect  number of dead point .

6. Color piece appear between adjacent modules. The transition of color to module for the unit, Color   

piece phenomenon caused mainly by control system. 

 Grey level is not high and lower scanning frequency.
